Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Wednesday announced the schedule of RBS Pentangular Cup First Class, 2009-10 tournament to be played from January 1 to February, 2010. As many as five teams, including two departmental teams, Habib Bank Limited (HBL) and Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL), two regional teams, Karachi Blues and Sialkot Region, and one Rest of Pakistan will be participating in this tournament.
Two top teams will play the final from January 31 to February 4 at the National Stadium Karachi. Moreover, the national selection committee has also announced the Rest of Pakistan Team for the Pentangular Cup 2009-10. The team comprises Abid Ali, Umair Khan, Kashif Siddique, Naveed Yasin, Sharjeel Khan, Saeed bin Nasir, Saeed Anwar Jr. (captain), Aamer Sajjad, Sarfraz Ahmad (wicket keeper and vice captain), Zulfiqar Babar, Junaid Khan, Muhammad Ramiz, Tabish Khan, Muhammad Talha and Arun Lal.
