World XI picks Muhammad Yousuf over Inzamam

Pakistan batting duo of Mohammad Yousuf and Inzamam ul Haq, is ranked among the best batsmen produced by Pakistan.

However, when it comes to who would you want to run for them, the World XI has decided and they have picked Mohammad Yousuf over Inzamam.

However, it was a tough call for the World XI, who recently visited Pakistan for the Independence Cup, as the verdict was 5-4 in favor of Yousuf. Maybe, Inzamam's affinity with getting run out in odd fashions played a bigger role here.

However, Inzamam has his fans including Grant Elliot, who said he could use Inzamam's experience. “Inzamam because he knows a lot about run outs, so he can use that experience,” he said.

West Indian superstar Darren Sammy, known for his gung ho approach was less polite though saying, “I might be faster than both of them, even when I am injured,” but managed to pick Yousuf at the end.
