Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) on Thursday announced that the necessary software development for the Book Building process has been completed. In a notice issued here, the KSE said that the exchange initiated the same in line with the SECP's recommendations for development of Book Building System to facilitate the issuers and bring efficiency and transparency in the Book Building Process.
In this connection, the KSE is arranging a presentation for members/traders on Saturday, January 02, 2010. During this presentation, the KSE will provide live demonstration of application along with the explanation of its features. The notice further said that following the aforementioned presentation, a Mock session would be provided in which members/traders will be able to access book building application through their web browser from any of their KATS TWS. The KSE asked all its members and traders to make it convenient to attend the presentation.
