Punjab Minister for Culture and Youth Affairs, Dr Tanveer Ul Islam has directed the officers to ensure close liaison with the Finance Department for timely release of funds for development schemes of their departments. He issued these instructions, while presiding over ADP review meeting of the department here at Al-Hamara office on Thursday.
The officers of the concerned departments briefed the minister regarding the development schemes. The minister also constituted a three member committee comprising of Executive Directors PUCAR, Lahore Arts Council and DS IC&YA to contact with finance minister for pursuing the financial matters.
