Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) President Faisal Saleh Hayat (MNA) has acclaimed the launch of the 'Vision Asia' as a milestone in the country's football history and called 2009 as one of the most successful years in 62-year history of Pakistan.
He said this while speaking at the PFF Congress meeting here at Lahore's FIFA Football House on Thursday. He also congratulated Khan Research Laboratories (KRL) team for winning both the top events of PFF on behalf of Congress members. "AFC President Mohammed bin Hamman picked PFF as 15th country to join 'Vision Asia' and it was launched on 13th April 2009," Faisal said.
He said, "The standard of football in the country is enhancing day by day and we have tuned the game to such frequency that sponsor are finding attraction. Pakistan have got the large pool of footballers and the number is growing with each passing day.
