A road accident claimed 8 lives including that of two women and a child, near Sindh-Punjab border, on Friday. Police sources said that the accident occurred when a passenger wagon collided head-on with an oil tanker on the Kashmore-Sadiqabad road. The injured were rushed to hospitals in Sadiqabad and Obaro where emergency was declared. The police have arrested driver and cleaner of the wagon.
