All the educational institutes working under Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) will reopen from January 04 after ten days' winter break. The students are excited to resume their study activities after the vacation and will join their institutes with renewed commitment. Some of them are also enthusiastic to wish new year to their fellow students and sharing their new year resolutions with their friends.
Winter vacation is although for a short time period but provide relief to the students in the cold weather giving them an opportunity to visit their near and dear ones and enjoy seasonal delights with their families. After December tests, students got relaxed and made plans to enjoy the holidays as winter vacations are considered a perfect time to enjoy and get leisure from the mundane study routine.
The official sources of a local school told that the students were not given more work to do so that they can relax and prepare themselves for the next exams. However, they were given few assignments to just get them in touch with the study routine, he added. Amjad Ali, a student of class V said, "these vacations provide time to relax and prepare for the coming exams". The winter vacations were announced from December 25 in all the educational institutions under the administrative control of Federal Directorate of Education (FDE).
