Federal Minister for Youth Affairs, Shahid Hussain Bhutto has congratulated the nation, prime minister and chief ministers of the provinces on signing of 7th NFC Award with consensus, and termed it a success of the democratic forces in the country. Talking to APP here on Sunday he said that approval of award with consensus would prove a milestone in the prosperity and stability of the country.
Bhutto said it would go a long way in resolving the problems confronting the country, adding democratic system had an in-built capacity to work out and resolve the issues.
He said that the award has addressed all the complaints and grievances of stakeholders, and it was a step in right direction. He said that some forces are creating conspiracies against democratic government and they would not succeed in their nefarious design. The top priority of the government is to provide job opportunities to the youth of the country.
Pakistan People Party (PPP) is a symbol of federation and guardian of democratic values. He expressed confidence that the government will continue to work for the survival of democracy and solidarity of the country.
He said the nation was fully backing democratic government for the fulfilment of the mission of Benazir with a view to bring prosperity to the people and the country. He said the nation wants continuation of democracy and development work initiated by the government and reiterated that anti-democratic forces would never succeed in their mission to derail the democratic process.
