Mussa Gilani seeks restoration of accounts in Ephedrine case
ISLAMABAD: Son of former premier Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani, Ali Mussa Gilani Thursday filed an application with Anti Narcotics Court seeking restoration of his accounts.
ANC Judge Iram Niazi took up the ephedrine case lodged by ANF against Ali Mussa Gilani and Makhdoom Shahabuddin.
During hearing, Ali Mussa Gilani and Makhdoom Shahabuddin appeared before the court.
Ali Mussa Gilani submitted an application before the court to restore his bank accounts, earlier frozen by the court on the request of ANF.
Counsel for Shahabuddin, Naeem Bukhari Advocate argued before the court that his client was victimized.
The name of Shahabuddin was included in the case in fourth challan on the basis of doubt, he added.
However, on the directives of court, ANF submitted a departmental inquiry report.
The court adjourned hearing of the case till October 8.
