The balloting of high rise Creek Vista Apartments located in DHA Phase-VIII was held in the conference room of DHA main office on Monday. Commodore Syed Hasan Mustafa (PN) presided over the Board of Officers which supervised the entire balloting procedure. Artistically designed and majestically built Creek Vista project overlooks Arabian Sea with a panoramic view of the lush green Golf Club and Karachi city.
Spread over an area of 16 acres, Creek Vista project consists of 12 towers having 18 stories each. The whole landscape has been elegantly designed ensuring that only one quarter of the land is used up in building while remaining area is used for facilities like green area, water bodies, club house, shopping mall and extra parking etc.
Creek Vista provides a comprehensive package of services and all modern facilities of a posh living. The project caters for all essentials facilities like servant room, reserved parking, personalised elevator, club house, shopping mall, top of the line security with CCTV Monitors, sports club, swimming pool, school, mosque and library. The top most apartments are double storied penthouses some with swimming pools and others without it.
Administrator DHA, Brigadier Khalid Tirmizi termed the smooth and transparent balloting held for allotment of Creek Vista apartments as a memorable occasion for the housing authority. He said that the project, unique of its kind in the country offer high standard spectacular living standards to its allottees. These include provision of uninterrupted basic civic and integral residential facilities to the residents round the clock including water sewerage, electricity, horticulture and security.
The facilities are being provided by DHA Services to the residents through a Services Management Company. The administrator congratulated the 46 allottees of the left over Creek Vistas apartments with which the process of allotment of entire 720 apartments to the applicants came to an end. 350 families have already started living in the project and it is expected that the entire apartments would be occupied soon.
Brigadier Tirmizi appreciated the erstwhile hectic efforts of the contractors, consultant and DHA engineers who completed the gigantic Creek Vistas project despite the overall financial crunch and economic recession in the country. He said that the first completed project of Creek City would prove to be an icon of development and engineering excellence in the country.-PR
