Balochistan chief minister lays floral wreath on Hazrat Bahauddin Zakariya's grave

Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Aslam Khan Raisani Friday arrived here by a special plane to attend the urs ceremony of Hazrat Bahauddin Zakariya. Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi welcomed him. The CM laid floral wreath on the grave of the great spiritual leader.
Talking to newsmen here Friday, Raisani cautioned the US against launching drone strikes on the province, saying that they could jeopardise US interests in the region and might also imperil the flow of supplies to Nato forces in Afghanistan. Balochistan CM said present regime had taken some far-reaching steps for restoration of normalcy in the province.
He said Aaghaz-e-Huqooq-e-Balochistan package, measures being taken for ending unemployment, release of all detainees all are having a good impact on the area. Regarding the missing persons, he said his government had asked the general public through advertisements to inform the government about the missing people so that their release/recovery could take place. A special cell had been established to ensure the recovery of missing people, he added.
