Special Assistant to the Chief Minister Punjab Malik Mohammad Afzal Khokhar MNA has asked Interior Minister Rehman Malik to tender resignation following statement of the US Secretary of Defence Robert Gates who admitted that "Black Water and Dean Corps" were working in their private capacities in Pakistan.
The PML-N leader said that Interior Minister Rehman Malik had promised to step down if presence of these American agencies was proved in Pakistan. Addressing a public meeting at Johar Town here on Monday, Malik Afzal Khokhar further said that statement of American Secretary of Defence has exposed denial statement of Rehman Malik.
