Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has directed the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Minfa) to remain vigilant about the needs of the farmers in order to facilitate them in provision of inputs and water during the current 'Rabi' season.
The Prime Minister expressed these views during a meeting with a delegation of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, headed by Nazar Muhammad Gondal, Minister for Food and Agriculture. The Prime Minister emphasised the need for co-ordinated efforts between the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture and the concerned departments in the Provincial Governments.-PR
