Indonesia and Pakistan need to build a meaningful relations to exchange academia and research experiences besides people to people contacts as there is tremendous potential of co-operation between the brotherly countries in the field of science and technology.
This was stated by His Excellency Ishak Latuconsina the ambassador of Indonesia while talking to Vice Chancellor, University of Agriculture (UAF), Professor Dr Iqrar Ahamd Khan in his chamber and later with UAF deans and directors in Syndicate Hall on Thursday morning.
He told that all Indonesian universities teach agriculture but Bogor Agriculture University, Bogor Indonesia was the premier of its nature meant for agriculture and Indonesian president is one of its alumni. He underscored the need for bridging the ties between UAF and Bogor Agriculture University to mark a unique milestone of mutual co-operation in the field of agriculture.
