The Lahore High Court (LHC) here Tuesday issued notices to Federal Interior Secretary and Home Secretary Punjab in a petition filed against the missing of 3 persons. The petitioner Musharraf Bibi, through her counsel contended that her husband Yaqoob and two persons Ahsan ullah and Hafiz Jmail were missing from Siddiqia Madrassa Mustafa Town, Lahore, since December 9.
She said had been going from pillar to post but failed to find out any clue about their whereabouts. She prayed to the court to order the authorities concerned for the recovery of her husband and other two persons.
