It has been observed that in the absence of traffic signal at Karsaz, movement of vehicles from Malir to Saddar via Shahrea Faisal is very heavy. Due to this, pedestrians beneath the Baloch Colony Flyover have to wait much longer to cross over the road. Sometimes they become very impatient and in trying to cross over the road endanger their lives.
Major accidents have taken place and many fatal casualties have also been caused. It is suggested to the concerned authority to please install a traffic signal at Karsaz for safety of pedestrians. The brief stoppage at Karsaz will facilitate the pedestrians to cross over the road with ease and comfort.
