Malik Khalid Nawaz clinched 90-kg category to become Mr Pakistan Railway in Pakistan Railways Divisional Body Building Championship at Railway Stadium here on Thursday. The event was won by Workshop securing 77 points followed by Lahore 57 points, Karachi 38 points, Railway Police 18 points, Multan 10 points and Sukkur 8 points.
Pakistan Railways Sports Board (PRSB)'s Sports Officer Rashad Mahmood, was the chief guest and distributed prizes. He said, "We understand that a growing sporting culture in the country will help build ensure a healthier and stronger community. Therefore, PRSB allocated funds for the Annual Sports, which is healthy sign for game and sports," he added.
Gold Medallist in each category are: 55 KG: Muhammad Nawaz (Workshop), 60 KG: Arshad Ali (Workshop), 65 KG: Moeen Khan (Workshop), 70 KG: Asif Masih (Workshop), 75 KG: Babar Tufail (Workshop), 80 KG: Muhammad Shafiq (Workshop), 85 KG: Imran Qureshi (Lahore), 90 KG: Malik Khalid Nawaz (Workshop).
