Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) central leader Hamza Shahbaz has said that new tube wells and water filtration plants would be installed in NA-123 to ensure provision of clean drinking water to the residents of the area. He was addressing a public gathering at Union Council 38 in connection with election campaign of PML-N candidate for NA 123 Muhammad Pervaiz Malik here on Monday.
He said that Sui gas was the right of every resident of NA-123 and they would get the facility after March 10. Provincial Education Minister Mian Mujtaba Shuja-ur-Rehman, Malik Muhammad Afzal Khokhar MNA, Naseer Ahmad Bhutta MNA, Chaudhry Shahbaz Ahmad MPA, Waseem Qadir MPA and others also spoke on the occasion.
Hamza said that employment would be provided to the jobless people of NA-123 while more schools and dispensaries would be established in the constituency. He said that "sassti rooti scheme" would be continued. Those who opposed the scheme were the anti-poor elements.
He said that exemplary defeat of Sheikh Rashid in NA 55 was enough to prove that people have confidence on the PML-N. The PML-N candidate Muhammad Pervez Malik said that withdrawal of Q-League candidate in favour of Hafiz Salman Butt has paved the way of PML-N in NA-123. Shuja-ur-Rehman said that Hafiz Salman Butt was hoodwinking Chaudhry Pervez Elahi and Salman Taseer for a few votes but he would find nothing as people of NA-123 would reject those elements that could sale their soul for their own benefits.
