The Chief Justice Lahore High Court belied the news items attributing observation to him about the financial support by Hindus to the terrorists. It is clarified that no such observations were made by the Chief Justice while hearing a petition about extradition of alleged foreign terrorists.
The LHC registrar in its clarification issued here contradicting the news item find it malicious and irresponsible. This court shows its sympathy for those who felt hurt at this misleading report and expresses its belief in the rights granted to the minorities by the constitution, Registrar added.
