A meeting was held at the premises of Engro Asahi & Chemical Limited, under the auspices of Port Qasim Association of Trade & Industry (PQATI) to discuss the various measures to be taken regarding security and law and order situation in Bin Qasim Area.
In this meeting particular attention was paid to take drastic action immediately to control the ratio of increasing Crimes in Bin Qasim Town. It was also suggested to increase the strength of PQA Security Staff simultaneously to increase the strength of Policemen as well and it was also desired to recruit separate Police Force for National Highway duties and it was also considered to coincide PQA Police Station with the Steel Town Police Station, because the present situation is creating a lot of problems for the General Public of PQA.
Manager Security of Port Qasim Authority Niaz Hussain assured the audience to establish four new check posts in PQA with immediate effect. Moreover, it was agreed to install CCTV at the important places of National highway and Port Qasim Areas to control the situation. This meeting was presided over by Mian Muhammed Ahmed Chairman of Port Qasim Association of Trade & Industry (PQATI), while Ashraf Siddique SSP Bin Qasim Town was the Chief Guest.-PR
