Chief Minister of Balochistan Nawab Muhammad Aslam Raisani on Sunday linked the current deteriorating law and order situation in Balochistan to ongoing war in Afghanistan. Talking to media at Civil Hospital Quetta, he said that ongoing Afghan war had created problems for Balochistan as it has a border with that country.
He said that in past the US, western and some Gulf governments had fought a proxy war in Afghanistan against the USSR, but now Pakistan was suffering due to that war. He maintained that present warlike situation in Afghanistan was also creating a lot of troubles for Pakistan, particularly Balochistan.
He strongly condemned killing of three people and injuring of 11 others in Kawari Road of Quetta blast which occurred on Sunday in an attempt to attack vehicle of DPO Khuzdar.
