Pollen allergy patients should avoid to go to lush green areas including parks, gardens in evening and morning timings as pollen numbers increase during these times.
ENT Specialist of Rawalpindi Medical College and Benazir Bhutto Hospital Dr Muhammad Aslam Chaudhry said here on Sunday. He informed that pollen allergy patients have been increased who are visiting emergency departments in twin cities hospitals.
Dr Aslam advised the pollen allergy patients to avoid to visit parks and lush green areas saying that precaution is the best treatment to avoid diseases. Pollen allergy patients suffer from sneezing, coughing, itching, runny noses, and watering eyes when the pollen starts to fly, he added.
