Acting Managing Director/ED/Finance/CFO of Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) Asif Saeed Sindho called on Senator Waqar Ahmed Khan Federal Minister for Privatisation here on Thursday. Federal Minister for Privatisation, Senator Waqar Ahmed Khan said that all respective stakeholders would be taken on board prior to taking the transactions listed on the Privatisation Programme.
Detailed discussion was held regarding convertible bonds of OGDCL with the technical experts of privatisation commission and decision was made to take forward the transaction on fast track basis. -PR
