President Asif Ali Zardari in his capacity as Patron of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has approved appointment of Aamir Nawab Khan, President Abbottabad Regional Cricket Association and Naveed Akram Cheema as members of the PCB Governing Board.
A PCB spokesman said here on Tuesday that following recommendation made by Chairman PCB and in terms of Article 8(1-b) & (2) Article 8(1-c) & (2) & of the PCB Constitution 2007, the President of Pakistan in his capacity as Patron of PCB has approved these names for their appointment as the members of PCB Governing Board in the category of elected representative of Regional Cricket Association and elected representative of departments for the next two years.
Aamir Nawab Khan President Abbottabad Regional Cricket Association has replaced Hayat Chaman, President Peshawar Regional Cricket Association while Naveed Akram Cheema, elected representative of Departments has replaced Abdul Raquib, the spokesman added.
