The Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) cricket team Central Depository Company (CDC) team in a keenly contested match played under lights here at the Rashid Latif Cricket Academy ground, here on Tuesday. KSE dominated the match in all fortes of the game and won comprehensively by 7 wickets.
CDC batting first managed to score 147-9 runs all out in 18.3 overs. Fine bowling and efficient fielding by the KSE team kept CDC on the toes restricting them to a small score. Mirza Arsalan of KSE took 3 quick wickets.
KSE, in reply made a successful chase by reaching the target in 22 overs with a loss of only 3 wickets. KSE opening batsman Waqas Naseem and Junaid Mirza made 56 runs partnership. KSE's star batsman Ashar Aziz scored an unbeaten 49 runs and was well supported by captain, Jawad Bin Shabbir who scored 28 not out.-PR
