We, the Muslims, have been commanded by the Creator not to be divided in groups. History shows that whenever there was unity in any nation they were invincible until they got divided into groups. The unity of Muslims is a glorious example in this regard. Today, we are paralysed through sectarianism, regionalism, lingualism etc by some self-interested people into groups. Our downfall starts from here.
This has destroyed our mutual love, peace, prosperity and unity. Currently, a useless lingual issue has been created through renaming a province. Pushtu or Pakhto is a name of a language, but we have never pondered upon its meaning. Its meaning is honour and courage. Thus, the people living in this area can be identified as the natives of the area of honour and courage. Therefore, we should love and be proud to have such a magnificent identity and stop creating differences among ourselves, which may lead us to disharmony, disturbance, hatred and destruction. No one has gained any right from a name of province nor has anybody lost any right due to this reason. May the Creator make us happy, prosperous, peaceful and united, Amen.
