ABIDJAN: Cocoa arrivals at ports in top grower Ivory Coast had reached around 67,000 tonnes by Oct. 15 since the start of the season on Oct. 1, exporters estimated on Monday, down from 98,000 tonnes in the same period of the previous season.
Exporters estimated that around 23,000 tonnes of beans were delivered to the port of Abidjan and another 20,000 tonnes to San Pedro, for a total of 43,000 tonnes delivered between Oct. 9 and Oct. 15. That compares with 57,000 tonnes during the same period of last season.
