Murder of minor girl: LHC Chief Justice takes suo motu notice

The Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice here Wednesday took suo motu notice against murder of a minor girl Ishba Parveen after criminal assault and snatching of body of the victim girl from the protesters by Sheikhupura police.
The Chief Justice directed District Police Officer (DPO) Sheikhupura and Law Officer to appear before the court on April 15 and report about the actual facts and action taken by police in the matter.
