Terrorism and corruption has already dented our image as a nation. A recent news item, referred to a 'fake' video, showing Taliban flogging a Swat girl, has further ruined our reputation, especially abroad where people have already stopped believing us. The video had done harm no less than the fundamentalists themselves. It would be a pity if the people and the NGO involved in this act of forgery and fraud are allowed to unchecked.
They should be dealt with in the same way and with the same iron hands as the terrorists are being dealt with. If this is not done, it may form an impression that the military operation is biased and the fake video was launched to justify the Swat operation.
