Golfers Asif Mirza and Muhammed Aslam Khan have achieved milestone when they got a hole in one here at the Lahore Gymkhana Golf Course. In golf, a hole in one is when a player hits the ball directly from the tee into the cup with one shot. This is most possible on a par 3 hole. Longer hitters have accomplished this feat on shorter par 4 holes.
Asif Mirza and Muhammed Aslam Khan came across lucky moment on the par 3, 5th hole; the result of a well timed 7 iron shot. Aslam Khan who is 83 years of age scored a hole in one on the par 3,12th hole through a 3 wood shot, the first time in his golfing life of 30 years.
