Leader of the Opposition in the Senate Wasim Sajjad said that now Prime Minister has to deliver to resolve the basic problems of the people. Speaking in Senate after the passage of 18th Amendment Bill, he said, "Now the government has to deliver to address the problems of load-shedding, high electricity and gas tariffs, law and order situation along with industrial sectors for giving relief to the people."
About the Aghaz-e-Haqooq-e-Balochistan, he said that the government did not implement many things of the package. He said that the Prime Minister should appoint a separate Minister for its implementation. The opposition leader appreciated the role of the Committee Chairman Raza Rabbani, its members and all political leadership on this measure. He termed it important step towards provincial autonomy.
