Steps being taken to utilise cooperatives department: Aulakh

The Punjab Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Co-operatives, Malik Ahmad Ali Aulakh has said that revolutionary steps are being taken to utilise co-operatives department effectively for the welfare of the farmers. He stated that honest and responsible persons are being brought forward to make the co-operatives department active and ensuring its positive impact on the agricultural economy.
He observed these views while chairing a meeting at Agriculture House here on Thursday. The meeting was convened to discuss improvement in co-operative societies.
