The inauguration ceremony of Business School of National University of Sciences and Technology (Nust) was held in the H-12 campus of the varsity. Dr Abdul Hafeez Shaikh, Advisor to Prime Minister on Finance, Economic Affairs, Statistics, and Planning and Development was the chief guest on the occasion.
Addressing the audience that comprised of faculty members and students, Dr Shaikh said he was proud to be on Nust campus and wished that Pakistan had more such institutions. He said the people of this country were capable of doing big things if provided with true leadership, guidance and motivation.
Pakistan could very well come out of the current economic crisis but the need was for everyone to put in his/her contribution, he added. Earlier, Director General and Dean, Nust Business School, Dr Ashfaque H. Khan introduced to the audience, the Advisor to Prime Minister. Rector Nust, Lieutenant General Muhammad Asghar offered vote of thanks at the end of the ceremony.-PR
