Gainers and losers had a close fight at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where bears dominated the proceedings under the lead of hot favourite amid decrease in the index. ISE Ten Index showed a decrease of 13.95 points, as the Index moved from 2,515.78 to 2,501.83 points. The volume of trade stood at 704,696 shares, as compared to previous turnover of 573,328 shares.
Total 152 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (77) closed in negative territory, 75 closed in positive territory. The turnover of Shifa International Hospital was 250,000 shares. The volume of Bank of Punjab was 144,400 shares. The volume of Lotte Pakistan PTA was 80,000 shares.
