Five Supreme Court benches, Shariat Appellate bench constituted

Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has constituted five benches besides a larger bench and a Shariat Appellate bench for the next week starting from May 10 at the Principal seat Islamabad to hear a number of cases.
The first bench includes Chief Justice, Justice Ghulam Rabbani and Justice Khalil ur Rehman Ramday, second bench of (Shariat Appellate bench of Justice Mian Shakirullah Jan, Justice Mahmood Akhtar Shahid Siddiqui, Justice Mian Saqib Nisar and Justice Dr Muhammad Al Ghazali, second bench (to sit after Shariat bench) of Justice Mian Shakirullah Jan, Justice Mahmood Akhtar Shahid Siddiqui and Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, third bench (larger bench) of Justice Nasir ul Mulk, Justice Raja Fayyaz Ahmed, Justice Jawwad S. Khawja, Justice Rahmat Hussain Jafferi and Justice Tariq Parvez, third bench (to sit after larger bench) of Justice Nasir ul Mulk, Justice Jawwad S. Khawja and others.
