German Ambassador to Pakistan Dr Michael Koch on Tuesday called on Adviser to Prime Minister on Finance Dr Abdul Hafeez Shaikh. The ambassador told the advisor that German Minister for Development would soon visit Pakistan to enhance economic co-operation between the two countries.
Michael Koch said that economic co-operation between Germany and Pakistan has a long history. In addition to the economic relations both the nations are partners in international efforts against War on Terror. Hafeez Shaikh appreciated the role of Germany's assistance in the economic development of Pakistan. He stressed the need for further enhancement of economic ties between the two countries.
