Kangana Ranaut feeling 'insecure' from Deepika Padukone

The entire Bollywood industry and Indian movie fans are in awe ever since Deepika Padukone’s first look from Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus ‘Padmavati’ came out but one Bollywood actress, Kangana Ranaut, is not that pleased with all the attention Deepika is receiving.

Deepika has proven her place as the number one actress of Bollywood with the release of the first song ‘Ghoomar’ from ‘Padmavati’. The actress has been receiving extremely positive reviews for perfectly performing the difficult dance moves in the song and also portraying the character of Rani Padmavati flawlessly.

However, one fellow actress Kangana Ranaut is feeling overwhelmingly insecure over Deepika’s depiction of a Rani as the actress herself is shooting as Rani Laxmibai for ‘Manikarnika — the Queen of Jhansi’. If sources are to be believed Kangana is agitated by all the attention and praises Deepika is obtaining.

Kangana’s email about Deepika Padukone gets leaked

A source told Deccan Chronicle that out of desperation Kangana is leaking pictures from her upcoming movie,  “How else can you explain the multiple pictures of Kangana in a queen’s avatar being ‘leaked’ from the sets on a daily basis? Kangana may be feeling anxious, but it is too early for her pictures to come out much before the release of the film. She may well want to piggyback on Deepika’s queen visuals coming out, but this is more of a knee-jerk reaction.”

‘Padmavati’ is all set to hit the silver screen on December 1, whereas Kangana is currently shooting for her period film.
