CIA Police Model Town Division has arrested a drug-pusher Muhammad Ayaz and confiscated 22 kg high quality chars (narcotics) from his possession. Earlier, Capital City Police Officer Muhammad Aslam Tareen had directed SP CIA to arrest the culprits involved in drug-pushing.
The SP constituted a special team under the supervision of DSP CIA Model Town Division, Muhammad Fayaz comprising sub-inspector Asghar Ali and other officials and assigned them task to arrest the drug-pushers. The police team worked day and night and arrested a drug pusher Muhamamd Ayaz alias Ghulab Khan s/o Amir Zadah as he was carrying chars in a Rikshaw no.4658/LEU near Packages Factory. Capital City Police Officer (CCPO), Muhammad Aslam Tareen, has announced cash prizes and commendatory certificates for the police team conducting the raid. Members of the police team were Constable Zulfiqar Ali, Muhammad Shafique, Tahseen Amjid and Sarfraz Ahmad.
