PML-Q MPA's degree challenged

A petition has been filed before the Lahore High Court (LHC) challenging academic degree of PML-Q MPA Khalid Mehmood Sargana, from PP-78, Jhang. A voter from the same constituency namely Muhammad Anwar filed petition alleging that the respondent MPA possessed fake degree of B.A. and certificates of F.A. and matric. He said objection was raised before returning officer at the time of filing nomination papers but no action was taken against the respondent.
Petitioner said the respondent is liable to be disqualified under article 62 and 63 of the constitution.
