50 CNG repaired buses deployed on routes

As many as 50 CNG buses in the metropolis have been repaired and deployed on the routes of Surjani-Towers and Surjani Korangi. This was announced in a statement of the City District Government Karachi (CDGK) on Tuesday. It said that on the public demand, the Administrator of CDGK had released a sum of Rs 7.2 million for the necessary repair of these buses and brought on to the road on Tuesday.
A decision has been made to continue this service, the CDGK announcement added. It said that after the improvement in the financial condition, the CDGK would bring on to the roads new buses so as to provide transport facilities to the people.
