Upward trend was seen on the forward cottonseed oilcake market on Monday during the day, dealers said. The July contract that had closed at Rs 988.30 on Saturday last opened with 40 paisa gain at Rs 988.70, dealers said. The December vaida which ended at Rs 960.60 opened with a rise of 20 paisa at Rs 960.80, they added.
