"Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry, for the relief and rehabilitation support to the victims of torrential rains and flood, has established KCCI's Flood Relief Fund," highlighted by Abdul Majid Haji Muhammad, President-KCCI, in a press statement on Thursday.
Abdul Majid stated that the KCCI and the Business Community of Karachi is standing besides the affected families, in these catastrophic moments and expresses deepest and sincere condolence to the suffering families who have lost their family members and belongings.
Majid appealed the business community and KCCI members to contribute generously while depositing their donations and Zakat in the "KCCI's Flood Relief Fund." He informed that KCCI has also decided to curtail its expenditure and contribute the relevant money in the flood relief fund.-PR
