The three segments Wing Chair Ramazan Golf Tournament on Saturday entered the final phase after completion of two segments at the 18 holes par 72 Royal Palm Golf course. Out of the earnest and exuberant competitors who sought honours by participating in this three segments Wing Chair Ramazan golf event, noticeable was the tense struggle for supremacy between upcoming players like Ale Imran, Farid Malik, Tariq Mushtaq and Waheed Malik.
Certainly their blood pressure was affected but without question they enjoyed the competitive environment that prevailed all through the two rounds. For them it was an experience they would not have liked to miss, with a continuous craving to hit each shot accurately and play within the confines of their handicap.
And these front runners who are barely a stroke away from each other, with Ale Imran on top, looking forward to the final segment on coming Friday (27th August), when the final will be a representative affair with the strong ones who are lagging behind likely to make a spiritually loaded golfing charge with a passionate display of golfing skills that can annihilate the talent of the less experienced ones. Players like Hamza Khan, Dr Mohsin Anwar, Imran Miraj and Imran Mian will attempt to swing the pendulum their way.
