A website for a group of hardcore Napoli fans has published ways to fake a controversial fan's identity card aimed at tackling hooliganism. The card is a programme introduced by the Ministry of the Interior across Italy to allow authorities to keep tabs on problematic fans and ultimately ban them from stadiums.
But on Tuesday Il Mattino newspaper published the instructions from the fan website, prompting the public prosecutor in Naples to open an investigation.
