Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), Chief Altaf Hussain on Saturday strongly condemned the incident of killing of a youth in Shujabad in Punjab province. The youth was killed allegedly after being buried alive half into the ground following which a crowd tortured him, before his killing. The MQM Chief has termed the incident as open act of barbarism, said a statement issued by MQM here on Saturday.
He said the barbaric and uncivilised traditions and practices are being promoted in the country due to the feudal system. He called upon the government to eliminate feudalism itself from the country and fulfil the aspirations of the people.
