A meeting of Punjab University Advanced Studies and Research Board (AS&RB) was held under the chairmanship of Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Mujahid Kamran in his office here on Monday which solved cases of PhD scholars sent for review in the Board by PU departments, institutes, colleges and schools.
In the meeting, 13 PhD synopses, 7 reports on PhD theses and 4 panels of examiners for PhD thesis' review were approved. Extension was also given in 21 cases while five miscellaneous cases were discussed as well. Professor Dr Jamil Anwar Chaudhry, Professor Dr Javaid Ahmed, Professor Dr Shahida Hasnain, Professor Dr Hafiz Muhammad Iqbal and others attended the meeting.
