Jamaat-e-Islami secretary general, Liaquat Baloch, has condemned the misbehaviour with a high level Pakistani military delegation in the US and said this should be an eye opener for the Pakistani rulers and policy makers claiming to be US's front line allies.
In a statement here, he said it was high time that the rulers understood the US priorities and interests and pulled out of its so-called war on terror. He appreciated the military delegation's decision to cancel its visit and said this was in line with national honour and dignity. He noted that Pakistan's distinguished daughter Dr Aafia Siddiqui had been confined in the US jail for no fault but the US authorities were not willing to release the poor woman, which showed Washington's mindset.
