Pakistan Industrial and Traders Associations Front (PIAF) has congratulated the newly-appointed Governor State of Bank (SBP), Shahid Hafeez Kardar and hoped that the bank, under his leadership, would put the country out of the crises it was going through.
LCCI former President Mian Anjum Nisar, PIAF Vice Chairman Irfan Qaiser Sheikh, Vice Chairmen Iqbal Baig Chughtai and Kh. Shahzeb Akram in a joint statement on Thursday said that Shahid Hafeez Kardar is a renowned economist and well aware with the economic issues being faced by the country.
They said that the newly appointed Governor SBP has rendered marvellous services on various high positions. They expressed hope that Kardar would not only put the economy back on track, but also strengthen relations with the business community. Also, Vice President of Saarc Chamber of Commerce and Industry Iftikhar Ali Malik welcomed the appointment of Shahid Hafeez Kardar as SBP governor and termed it a step in the right direction.
