The students and faculty of the Department of Visual Studies, University of Karachi, will celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr with flood affectees. This was announced by the Chairperson of the Department, Durriya Kazi, on Thursday. She said that the students and faculty of her Department will spend Saturday afternoon to celebrate Eid with the inmates of the flood relief camp on the Northern Bypass here.
They will also play games, football, kite flying, races, play music and apply mehendi, to lift the spirits of the traumatised families who have come from Jacobabad, Shadadkot, Shikarpur, and Khairpur, she added.
