Asian Bradman reins Peshawar Zalmi

Pakistan legend Zaheer Abbas has joined reigning PSL Champions Peshawar Zalmi as President of the franchise, Javed Afridi announced on Friday.

Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise owner Javed Afridi made the announcement via social site Facebook just two days before players draft.

In his post he said, “I would like to welcome Mr. Zaheer Abbas into the Zalmi Family. A stylish batsman of his era, he crafted his innings to perfection, depicting magnificent display of batsmanship. We are honoured to have a stalwart of the game as President Peshawar Zalmi !!.”

It is pertinent to mention here that, West Indian batting great Sir Vivian Richards is the mentor of Quetta Gladiators in the league for last two seasons.
